Gala Dinner, November 7th: 

Joining together the SELPER and ISPRS communities to explore the authentic flavors of traditional Amazonian cuisine, accompanied by a special performance by renowned singer Nilson Chaves and a group of musicians and dancers celebrating the regional rhythm of carimbó.
