Oral Presentation Instructions

All oral sessions will take place at Block 13, Itaipu ParqueTec, in the following venues:

• Cesar Lattes Auditorium
• Florestan Fernandes I Room
• Florestan Fernandes III Room

Each oral presentation will last 20 minutes in total, divided into:

• 15 minutes for presentation
• 5 minutes for questions and discussion

Please use this official LAGIRS 2025 PowerPoint TEMPLATE.

We recommend preparing no more than 10–12 slides to fit within the time limit.

All oral presentations will be delivered in English.
