Submission Guidelines
UPDATED on May 20, 2025
After several discussions among the Event Chairs, the Advisory and Scientific Committees, it was decided to adopt this new submission format and extend the deadlines. This decision aims to provide greater flexibility for authors and encourage broader participation in LAGIRS 2025.
We now offer two types of submissions for LAGIRS 2025:
a) Full Papers (4 to 6 pages)
Publication Options (upon acceptance):

Authors submitting Full Papers (4 to 6 pages) must clearly indicate, at the time of submission, whether they are applying for publication in IEEE Xplore or in the ISPRS Annals. This choice is required to ensure that the paper is reviewed and formatted according to the appropriate standards.
If accepted after peer review, authors must submit a camera-ready version (6 to 8 pages) incorporating reviewers’ suggestions.

b) Extended Abstracts (2 to 4 pages)
Publication (upon acceptance):
- Published in the SELPER LAGIRS 2025 e-book, available at both:
