The LAGIRS 2025 will take place at Itaipu Parquetec, located on the Brazilian side of Itaipu Binacional.

Spanning an area of 75.54 hectares, Itaipu Parquetec is one of Foz do Iguaçu’s most remarkable environments for science, technology, and innovation. It serves as a dynamic hub for education, research, and technological development, featuring classrooms, teaching and research laboratories, centers of excellence, institutions dedicated to scientific and technological advancements, and a business incubator focused on professional training and technical qualification.

CONGRESS FACILITIES
The congress will be distributed across two main areas within Itaipu Parquetec:
Cineteatro Barrageiros – the central hub of LAGIRS 2025, concentrating:
- Exhibition Area: booths representing academia, government, industry, and partner institutions (IEEE GRSS, ISPRS, SELPER Brasil, Loumar Turismo, and the General Secretariat).
- Main Auditorium: plenary sessions, opening and closing ceremonies, and keynote presentations.
- Coffee Points and Networking Lounges: spaces for informal interaction among participants.
- Poster Sessions and Social Events: including the Welcome Cocktail, designed to encourage collaboration in a relaxed environment.
Block 13 — the Event Space at Block 13 features:
- Cesar Lattes Auditorium, an elegant and fully equipped venue ideal for oral presentations and workshops
- Florestan Fernandes I, II, and III Rooms, which provide flexible and comfortable settings for parallel sessions and tutorials.
